- Recently elected Democratic Precinct 2084 Chair. Serving the area bordered by Braun, Bandera, Guilbeau and Tezel Roads. A Precinct Chair is a voluntary position. Goal is to provide timely information to voters and assure voters have the tools they need and access to voting. Every election is important. Your vote is your voice, but it is even stronger in local elections.
